Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or via bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used Shilajit products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
